Such a lovely song isn’t it people? It’s just so hard to find their lyrics. Guys out there, this song is just for your entertainment, not for you to sing to your girlfriends, or they will just slap you up, down, left, right…and wherever else.

So let me try to remember what I do about this week.

Let’s see, Monday we attended Moral Education. Well, I would say Mr Lee, my econs teacher, is really really unpredictable…

And chem was quite refreshing, considering we tried to carried out titration. Learnt how to make a standard solution with cool new lab equipments, and tried the tap type of burette, which was quite hard for me to use actually.

PE was quite a waste of time because our teacher almost went totally MIA. Then we went to measure our height and weight, and we all shrunk by about 4cm because of the machine. Then we ran for 4 rounds around the track, so yeah, that’s what didn’t make it a waste of time.

PE on Tuesday was alright. After 2 rounds of warm up, Mr Khoo made us do some kind of stretching which helped us in muscle building. We played captain’s ball after that.

Met our Maths tutor, Ms Ong, who was like, erm, funny in the way she speaks. It’s like she speaks slowly and stuffs like that. And after Maths tutorial, Ms Ong somehow ‘flew’ to the CC for lectures.

After school, we stayed back for a while to celebrate Alicia’s birthday. It was funny how Joo, Kailing, Sarah and me tried to keep the candle flames alive, and in the end we had to light up the candles in Alicia’s face. The penguin Kenbin took much shouting to come over, and in the end I had to sing a duet with him for Alicia.

Wednesday I had guitar after school. Learnt the basic guitaring stuffs, playing the C major scale. Kinda screwed it up because I really haven’t practised on the guitar for ages. We also saw the seniors perform with all the different guitars, and it looked real cool. Honestly, I never knew guitars came in all sizes till I joined the Guitar Club.

Ok, I shall stop here for now, considering that I’ve procrastinated much while blogging…

Ok, sorry that I wasn’t really in the mood to blog yesterday.

On to Thursday. Econs lectures are really something different from our usual lectures. The lecturer really tries very hard to keep our lectures lively and interesting so that we do not fall asleep, and we learn. It’s really good to have such lecturers because they know how to keep us awake.

And for Bio prac, we got to use the two-eye microscope. Advice to all you folks out there…if you ever need to use the microscope for a long period of time, remember to carry some paracetamol with you or bring a plastic bag along. You will definitely get a headache after a while, and Mrs Ang said that she even puked in the past.

I headed to VS after that, as I thought the sea training was held on Thursday. Little did I know that it was changed to Friday, and only realised it after I phoned Alvin. So, I headed home. Met Edo and talked to him abit. Edo is still the very cheery cute and ‘hello’ guy. He asked me about SA, while I asked him about VJ.

I wouldn’t say it was a wasted trip back to VS, because for once after so long, I got to take the bus back from there after school. The last time I remember doing that was on 17th Nov I think.

Now on to Friday. Assembly was real nice, because we got this local play company which acted this play called ‘The Importance of Being Kaypoh’. It was kinda hilarious, having the minah fat singer, the housewife, the man with middle-age crisis and a blur policeman. It depicts how all of us have our dreams, and the fact everyone is only human, and we all will make mistakes in our life. It also tells us to treasure every little thing in our life.

So we played Build Build Build for Econs. It was quite fun actually, trading stuffs, controlling the scissors and scotch tapes, and building all the nonsense stuffs at the end of the game. Being Singapore, we built the IR and the Pinacle@Duxton on our little country. And that very small country builts a nuclear plant to bomb the whole world into pieces.

So Friday was one of the only days we actually went to the SC together as a CG (except for the ‘threesome’). Though it was just for a short while, at least we managed to do a little stuffs there. Honestly, Dominic corrupts our class with all his dirty thoughts!!!

So we had CG photo after school, and well, it wasn’t very nicely taken, because I looked real constipated in all the photos.

After that, went out with OG20 to eat tau huay at some shop near the school. The tau huay there was DAMN SWEET, and made it taste real bad because of that. We went to somewhere nearby to sit down and chitchat while playing cards. I was glad that we were able to at least spend that little bit of time together as an OG. Headed home after that.

I know it would hurt someone’s ego when I say this, but heck.

I just wanna say that, for once in my life, I actually feel like I understand Bio lessons.
