After going through the Bio lecture on lipids, I’ve come to a conclusion that unsaturated fats are kinky. Do not be surprised if your magarine jumps up one day and…you know what’s next…

Orson – No Tomorrow
Posted by `jiehao on February 3, 2007
Let’s go to a rave
And behave like we’re trippin’
Simply ’cause we’re so in love
Funny hats, shiny pants
All we need for some romance
Go get dolled-up
And I’ll pick you up
There’s no line for you and me
‘Cause tonight we’re V.I.P.
I know somebody at the door
I see that twinkle in your eye
You shake that ass and I just die
Let’s check our coats and move out to the floor
When I’m dancing with you
Tomorrow doesn’t matter
Turn that music up
‘Till the windows start to shatter
‘Cause you’re the only one who can get me on my feet
And I can’t even dance
Just look at me, silly Me
I’m as happy as can be
I got a girl who thinks I rock
And tomorrow there’s no school
So lets go drink some more Red Bull
And not get home ’till about 6:00
When I’m dancing with you
Tomorrow doesn’t matter
Turn that music up
‘Till the windows start to shatter
‘Cause you’re the only one who can get me on my feet
And I can’t even dance
Everybody here is staring
At the outfit that you’re wearing
Love it when they check you out
Cover’s only twenty bucks
And even if the DJ sucks
It’s time to turn this mutha out
When we’re together
When we’re together
There’s no tomorrow
There’s no tomorrow
When we’re together
There’s no one in the world
But you and me
Oh you and me
Oh you and me

This song caught my attention the first time I heard it. It’s a very short song, yet very addictive when you keep listening to it. There isn’t much meaning except that this guy has found a girl and is deeply in love with her, and she makes him groove though he can’t dance at all.
So anyway, I realised I haven’t been bloggin very often at all, like one once a week? I couldn’t blog yesterday because screwed up my internet connection reeeeeaaaalll bad.
So Monday, ME was quite enriching actually, allows us to see different perspective of an issue, about the ah beng and ah meng and ah lian story. Mr Lee also showed us his family, especially his 2 kids.
Chem prac was kinda fun because we tested out the content of egg shells. In the end, we found out that the eggshell contains more than 95% of calcium carbonate!!! Jorain also had fun grinding the eggshell into powder so that she can use it for her ‘facials’. Eggshells really stink.
Chem and Bio lectures…traumatizing.
For PE, we played captain’s ball against 07A03. We got thrashed by them like 13-0, but whatever the reason, I would like to say that I’m proud to be amongst the gentlemen of 07S13. As Sijia said, we do not promote violence, especially to females.
PE on Tuesday was floorball, a sport which I haven’t played for doggone ages. The fact that I never lost touch of floorball also shows that I’ve never improved in floorball in my whole secondary school life. But well, it’s fun to play the only sport which I’m really good at. My team won the other team, and well, it was good that there was no need to do anymore pushups. Mr Khoo said that next week onwards the PE gets physical.
Maths tutorial was spent on clarifying out doubts on Binomial, because Binomial was really confusing. Glad I was able to fully understand it later during Maths lecture.
So Wednesday, Xcountry at ECP. Haven’t been to there for a long time. Reached there rather early and met Eugene first, before we gathered together with the rest of the class. I was running with Dominic almost all the way, till somewhere in the lagoon. Saw Johannes and Fadhil at the lagoon, and shouted out to both of them. I don’t feel like the thing is really 3.6 km, because if it really was 3.6 km, then I would’ve ran 3km without stopping, which is mortally impossible for me.
So we all finished running and I went to get milo from the milo truck. Drank 3 cups of them, and for once, I didn’t feel like fainting after a long run. Talked to Nicholas who was really upset about his results due to his leg injury. Beitris, who got 21st(missed by one position to get a medal), was the first J1 girl in Venn house.
The winner of the mascot competition was very obvious from the start, it was obviously our iFatt. iFatt, you fatt, everyone can fatt! Loy Fatt won runners up for both boys and girls. I think Loy Fatt stands a high chance in winning the interhouse competition again for the 3rd time this year! All the best Loy Fatt!
So after that, went with a bunch of peeps from OG20 to Seoul Garden at taka. We really spent our $13 well because we stayed in there for 4 hours. I didn’t really eat much there actually, but the entertainment there with the crew was great. We played those very lame mind games, and seriously, Kenbin is SLOW. That’s why I say, penguins have pea brains.
After Seoul Garden, we headed to somewhere outside Ngee Ann City, and sat there for quite a while, chatting, and playing 7-up. Then I went to meet ‘birthday girl’ for a while, and then headed back home.
Bio lecture on Thursday was something different. Ms Ng has a somewhat different style of teaching students Bio. She makes the lesson very interactive so as to help us learn better and hopefully keep as many people awake as possible.
I’m still feeling kinda lost in Econs actually.
Bio prac, we studied onion cells and liver cells under the microscope. Had alot of trouble staining the specimen, such that I even had to redo it. I managed to see the nucleus in the plant cell, and in the liver cell as well. Liver doesn’t look gross on its own, but its cells look gross under the microscope.
Friday, it’s the day man!!! We had our lucky star, Kai, with us, who apparently saw his lucky star, K*, 4 times on the day itself. Civics was spent on Project Angpow Runway, then we had a short break, which I spent on doing my GP essay. Econs tutorial was cut by half an hour, because Mr Lee said he had no motivation to teach us since the class was half-dead.
We spent about one hour in the SC, only to hear Pyrena tell us a good news. Apparently, the Chinese teacher SMS-ed her that Chinese lessons were canceled because she was not in school. That leaves us with effectively only 30 minutes of lessons (since I paid attention and interacted during Econs).
The guys went to play soccer by the hockey court while the girls were playing some kinda card game.
Had OG lunch after school with a small bunch of people from the OG. We stayed in the cafe for quite a while, till it was time for guitar and Issac and me went for guitar.
Well, it was kinda hard to have to get the correct postures for classical guitaring. Most of us were having aching legs after the lesson. But well, at least I did pick something out of this lesson.

Rejoice people, it’s the weekends.
But the results will be out next Friday hopefully, as rumoured.
As Kailing said, ‘We must say TGIF every Friday of the week, but I doubt we will be able to do so next week.’
On a brighter note, I’ve got my bike back home =)…
